Sampling Locations

Sample locations were selected by utilizing an unbaised grid process. A total of 100 samples will be taken. A majority of the samples will come from the grid (78 samples) and the rest of the samples will be split between visual hot spot sampling and background sampling. The width of the boxes in the northwest grid are 50 feet apart while the width of the boxes in the wash are 100 feet apart. During the site investigation sampling point 22-24 were excluded due to gridding error. Other sampling points excluded durin the investigation include points 55, 68, 76, and 78. These point were excluded due to the terrain and thick vegetation, making it inaccessible.
